    1. First decide how much you can afford to lose in a single day
    2. Take the position accordingly
    3. Keep the stoploss immediately after taking position
    4. So the max. loss must be according to your 1st step
    5. Relax yourself throughout the day and book the profit with 1:1 or 1:2 ratio
    6. This gives you a peaceful day

    Do not take risk more than what you can afford to lose. Sometimes protecting capital is more important than earning.

    Option selling is more about adjusting the positions when the market goes against your view. If you have big capital you will come out with profits by adjustments otherwise you will have to end up the trade with huge losses.

    Because selling options involves in unlimited risk. I suggest not to sell options if you have capital of less than 10 lakhs.

    But for to start with option selling you will need at least 2 lakh capital.

    If you are an option buyer: With 1 lakh capital, you may earn up to 10 lakh a day and there is also a chance of losing the entire capital in a day (If it is an expiry day).

    If you are an option Seller: You may earn a decent amount like 1 to 2 percent of your capital.

    The probability of earning in option selling is very high compared to option buying.

    Most of the retail traders are disappointed after the new margin rule, but if you want to be in the market for long term, it is good to trade with what you have.
